Refund policy

For now all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. 
• We will replace items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible for a replacement:
  - Contact us at Info@muskythread.com within 7 days of delivery.
  - Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.
• Replacements are offered at our discretion. We may request the original item to be returned in some cases.
